U-Fort Software Complex

Configuration

The basic package of the “U-Fort” communication system includes:

• Protected Server
  Hosted and operated under the customer’s control.

• Protected Terminal
  Installed on the customer’s corporate and personal mobile devices.

Additional equipment—network switches, communication gateways (GSM, DMR)—can be included based on the customer’s needs. The solution is delivered turnkey: the configuration is tailored individually.

Protected Terminal

The protected terminal is a smartphone-based device running Android OS (version 9 or higher). The specific model is chosen according to technical requirements and customer preferences.

Protected Server

The server is located on the customer’s premises, preventing data interception by third parties. An integrated VPN provides dual-layer encryption. The system is operator-agnostic, making subscriber tracking impossible, and can operate over Wi-Fi without SIM cards.

U-Fort Software Features

Core Functions:

• Voice calls and voice conference bridging.

• Video calls with two levels of encryption.

• Individual and group chats.

• Text and multimedia messaging (photos, videos, voice notes).

• Secure file transfer up to 100 MB (larger sizes on request).

• Built-in protection against unauthorized access to system files.

• Automatic integrity check of critical OS partitions at boot.

Additional Communication Options:

• Integration with SIP infrastructure for corporate phone calls.

• Integration with DMR networks for digital radio calls.

• Integration with GSM gateways for worldwide cellular calls.
  All calls are protected from the U-Fort terminal to the server.

Optional:

• Installation and configuration of secure apps per customer request.

• Administrator workstation setup for real-time monitoring.

• Centralized contact management and auto-sync with terminal phonebooks.

Network Connectivity

Operates over 2G, 3G, LTE, and Wi-Fi. Standard GSM calls and messaging on the protected terminal are disabled.

Confidentiality & Data Protection

• Full encryption of all user data.

• Dual cryptographic layering (channel AES256, end-to-end AES128) for voice, video, chat, and files. Session keys are generated via Diffie-Hellman.

• The server does not store exchanged content; files remain only until delivery.

• Chat history resides solely on terminals in a secure, inaccessible section.

Data Integrity & Availability

• Integrity checks via hashing algorithms and AEAD modes.

• Server access restricted to authorized users authenticated by RSA-signed certificates.

User Interface & Applications

The Android-based protected terminal features a standard smartphone UI. All communications use dedicated mobile apps:

• SecPhone for voice, video, and conferencing.

• SecChat for individual/group chats and multimedia messaging.

Users cannot modify or remove apps on the protected terminal. Each “U-Fort” system is custom-developed, configured, and tested by information security experts.
