A tactical laryngophone is a device in which the microphone operates upon contact with the throat on the neck.
Sound oscillations are transmitted by the means of throat vibrations. Due to that, the radio station transmits a loud and clear sound signal without unwanted noises. Thus, high definition of sound is preserved during transmission, which is not affected by extraneous noises. A transparent silicone air flow guide (speaker) can be secured behind the ear in a convenient and invisible manner.
Headsets of this series are widely employed in all fields of activity where radio communication is used in severe, extreme operating conditions.
